Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 2 September 2026
1. Acceptance
These terms apply when you use aiglassapps.com, purchase or use Live Preview For PEJE Glasses. If you do not agree, do not purchase, install or use the product.
2. Product
The product is an independent custom Android app designed for compatible PEJE M02S smart glasses. It provides local live preview and media import. Social live streaming requires screen sharing through a compatible third-party broadcasting app and supported platform.
3. Price, payment and delivery
The price is $4.99 USD unless another price is clearly displayed at Stripe Checkout. Taxes or currency conversion may apply. After confirmed payment, we email a secure download link to the checkout email address.
4. One-use download
The download link is personal, limited and works for one completed download attempt. The email link first opens a confirmation page. Pressing the final download button consumes the token as the APK begins downloading. The unused link also expires after the period stated in the email. Do not share it and download the app immediately.
5. Licence
A valid purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the product on devices you own or control for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or publish it.
6. Compatibility
The product is intended for PEJE M02S Glass and Android 8.0 or later. Hardware revisions, phone settings, operating-system changes and third-party services may affect compatibility.
7. Responsible use
You are responsible for obtaining consent and complying with laws before recording, sharing or streaming people, places or protected content. Do not use the product unlawfully or for safety-critical activity.
8. Third parties and hardware links
Stripe, retailers, marketplace sellers, broadcasting apps, social platforms and device manufacturers are independent third parties. Hardware links open external retailer pages, including Temu. AI Glass Apps does not process those hardware orders or control their price, stock, description, delivery, warranty, returns or support. Some external product links may be referral links that can generate a commission for AI Glass Apps at no additional cost to the buyer.
9. Support, cancellations and refunds
Support is available at info@aiglassapps.com. Cancellation and refund rights are subject to checkout terms and mandatory consumer rights in your location. Nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Independence and trademarks
AI Glass Apps is independent of PEJE and Temu. The app is not developed, endorsed or supported by PEJE, and the website is not operated or endorsed by Temu. “PEJE” and “M02S” identify compatible hardware, while retailer names identify external purchase destinations. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
11. Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the product is supplied on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular transfer speed or permanent third-party compatibility. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
